We know that this is a confusing and distressing time for us all, and most likely, is impossible to know what to do about your future travel plans. Thank you to all of our guests who had reservations in March and April and selected future dates for their stay.
During these uncertain times, we have waived our cancellation policy of seven days prior to your stay, to full refund through May 31st. If you make or have a current reservation through that date, and need to cancel, just reach out to us, and we will facilitate the deposit refund and cancellation.
If you have booked an event with us for spring or summer this year, we have already reached out to you and will continue to work with you to help you make the best decision for you and your guests.
Please know that as a hospitality business, we share your distress as we are experiencing a severe downturn in our business. While we are currently closed to be in keeping with the shelter in place mandates, we remain available via phone, email and online for future reservations.
No contact gift certificates are always available for purchase online and you can print right at home or email to your recipient.
